A small shop on the outside. A window to the left of the door is filled with a display of different flower arrangements, each neatly displayed with a power to somehow put the mind as ease simply by looking at them as one would pass by. The window to the right of the door shows a few tables for people to sit at, and a paper telling passers that the shop had just opened. Stepping into the shop, one would immediately notice that the outside does no justice to the inside. The front of the beverage shop; tables and booths neatly arranged on the left and right side, a path through the middle that leads to the counter. The smell of the many flowers in the shop mingles with the scent of fresh brewed teas and looking around one can see a Japanese-oriental tea shop theme in the shop, filled with silence and peace.

Pride sighed as he leaned on the counter, his elbow against the counter and his head rest against his fist. He would grunt, standing straight and walking into the back, grabbing a vase and three bundles of flowers, bringing them to the counter and beginning to arrange them. "Red Snapdragon harmonizes with White Jade and Lilly. White Jade harmonizes with Lilly and Red Snapdragon. Lilly harmonizes with Red Snapdragon and White Jade..." he mumbled as he arranged the flowers in the vase, placing a tag on the vase to inform customers on which three flowers these were. He smiled, nodding and walking over to a table, placing the vase in the center of the table before walking back to the backroom and grabbing different flowers and another vase, repeating the process of harmonizing the flowers.

Tojun
Tojun opened the door and looked around for a bit as he stepped in, holding the door open for Skye. He took a deep breath, sighing in relief as he smiled and guided her to a table. "It's a pretty relaxing place. I come here when I need to think. The owner actually goes to school with us. I don't think you've met him, his name is-" he started before he was interrupted by a blue haired boy with cat-like olive eyes.
Pride
Pride blinked as he saw the two come in, smirking and rolling his eyes when he noticed one of them was Tojun. He walked over as Tojun pointed the girl to his usual table, putting his hands in his pockets. Tojun was talking about him, telling the girl about him. "...Pride." he interrupted, bowing slightly to be polite. He stood straight again, slouching with his hands in his pockets as he glanced at Tojun. "The usual for you?" he asked, rolling his eyes again as he leaned back, grabbing a menu off the table behind him and set it in front of the girl. "All the teas that I have here are on there." he said, smirking and walking off. "You want lemon in it this time?" he shouted back to Tojun, mumbling something when he got a no.

Sky followed Tojun through the city and then into a small tea and flower shop. Tojun led her to a table and she sat down after being introduced to the shop owner. Pride placed a menu in front of her and then walked off to get Tojun's drink. She already had an idea of what she wanted. She looked around the shop and smiled. Being surrounded by the aura of peace was delightful. It made her feel like she could sit there all day and just relax. Nothing had ever made her feel that way. It was something she had never known before. Skye didn't want to leave, she was already determinded to stay as long as she could and drink as much tea as she could... without making her go bankrupt.

Tojun rubbed the back of his head before sitting and glancing around. "It's usually not this empty." he mumbled, sitting back and crossing his arms as he closed his eyes.
Pride nodded as he put Tojun's tea on the table in front of him. "I usually have three or more tables." he said, glancing at Tojun, then to Skye. The wheels in his mind began to turn as he wondered if Tojun was a.... No, he couldn't be. Tojun couldn't have gotten that lucky to be here on a date with this girl. He shook his head mentally before looking at Skye again, sliding his hands into his pockets. She is pretty cute though... he thought, blinking as he realized he zoned out. "Figured out which tea you want?" he asked her, glancing at Tojun as he started drinking his tea.

Skye watched as Pride looked at Tojun and then at her. He starred at her for a minute, making Skye ever so slightly blush and look away. Why was she so embarrassed around this person? She heard him ask about what tea she wanted and then looked up at him again. "Actually, I was debating on four teas. I can't decide whether I want just one or all... I might be here for awhile.. Probably drinking all of the teas I want... How much money do I have anyways?... And I'm thinking out loud again. Sorry. I'll have a green tea with chamomile, a splash of jasmine, and a slice of lemon please." Skye said and blushed a deep shade of red. She hated it when she thought out loud and it was a bad habit of hers. Because she trained alone most of the time, she had begun to give herself criticism and and even began talking to herself. Motiving herself to push herself further. Now that she was around people, that habit didn't change. Skye sighed, knowing that she was going to have to work on that before something major slipped past her lips.

Tojun raised an eyebrow as Pride nodded and walked off to get her tea as he looked at her. "First few minutes of meeting him and you're already blushing?" he asked, smirking. He chuckled, shaking his head.
Pride glanced back at Skye before smiling for some reason and disappearing into the back. He glanced up at the ceiling before shaking his head and getting the herbs he needed, beginning to make the tea that she had ordered. After putting the herbs in the water, her turned and reached behind him, grabbing a handful of jasmine petals and putting them in the water as well, heating the water. While the tea heated, he grabbed two tea plates and a fresh lemon, pulling a knife out from under the counter and slicing the lemon, putting the pieces on a plate while putting a cup on the second plate. He hummed a soft tune as he leaned against the wall and crossed his arms, closing his eyes as he rested his head back on the wall and waited for the tea to finish.

Skye blushed an even deeper red at Tojun's comment and hide her face in her hands before she took a deep breath and then put her hands down. "Its not that Tojun. I mean sure, he's cute and all, but its really not that. I've never been able to sit still before. Its nice. And I really hate thinking out loud. Its a bad habit I picked up. And I was thinking... Ah, nevermind... Gosh I'm horrible about talking to people. I guess I've been alone so long that I haven't really aquired those skills... And I'm talking to much." Skye said. She kept reminding herself to breath and to try and get back to a normal color. She really hated being embarrassed. Skye looked off to the side and out the window. As she began to zone out, thoughts began to race into her mind. Why do I get some embarrassed around Pride? I've never met him before and he's already gotten me to blush a deep shade of red. I haven't blushed like that since... Since him. Since I had met him. Since I had been with him in Europe.. And that night on the Eiffel Tower.... The best and worst night of my life. Skye sighed and shook her head. "Why do bitter sweet memories have to be bitter and sweet at the same time? Why can't they be just one? Or just disappear after awhile. Maybe then people wouldn't be so sour all the time." Skye said. Skye paused and then looked at Tojun before she realized what she had done. She swore that her face turned the rbightest red that it could and ever would be before she buried her face in her hands. "I did it again! Ugh!" Skye mumbled through her hand.

Tojun hummed, looking at his tea. "Memories can be... Quite a burden." he said, leaning back in his chair and his head to the side. "But, thats why we have friends. To help ease those burdens." he added, looking at her. "Talking to people isn't that hard. You just need to find someone you can say anything to, whether you're thinking out loud or not." he said, smiling as he stood. "Enjoy the tea. Pride makes the best in all of Shibusen." he said, laying some money on he table. "I've got to head out. I have something to take care of." he said, walking over to the door and stopping, glancing back. "Pride's a good guy. Maybe you should see if he'll listen." he suggested, smirking and leaving the tea shop.
Pride walked out from the back with Skye's tea, blinking as he saw Tojun leaving. He raised an eyebrow, glancing to Skye before shaking his head slightly and walking over to the table, placing her tea and the lemon slices down in front of her. "Green Tea with chamomile and jasmine and some lemon slices." he said, sliding his hands into his pockets as he stood next to the table. "Anything else?" he asked, smiling.

Skye listened to Tojun and then thought about her friends... That's when she realized she didn't really have a lot of friends. She knew Tammy from the Juicer only because she went there regularly, but they weren't friends. And she didn't really know anyone else. With these thought in her head, Tojun left. She blinked a couple of times before she realized exactly what he had done. He had completely handed her over to Pride.... Was he trying to set them up or something? Skye got a scowl on her face before she saw the tea cup being placed in front of her. She looked up at Pride and listened to him carefully. Once he was done, she looked down at her drink and ran her finger-tips around the rim. "A friend would be nice." Skye mused. She sighed. "A person to talk to. Someone to help me forget about these memories. Someone I can make memories with. That would be nice. And maybe a lily. Lilies are my favorite flowers." Skye said, continuing to trace her finger around the rim. She paused, looked up, then looked down again. Her hair blocked her blush and her anger at herself. "I've done it again. Thinking out loud. Not a good thing. Besides, you probably don't want to listen to what can turn into a three hour rant." Skye said. She pulled a lock of hair behind her ear and then took a sip of the tea. It was like heaven in her mouth. Nothing could describe this taste. She took a long gulp and then licked her lips. "And by the way, the tea is delicious." Skye said.

Pride glanced at the door before mentally rolling his eyes. "And who says I wouldn't listen?" he asked walking towards the back. He grabbed his own cup of tea before walking out to the front once more, sitting down at the table and leaning on the edge of it, smirking. "I own a tea shop. I'm good at listening." he said, glancing at some flowers. "Do you know what Hanakotoba is?" he asked, standing and walking over to the vases and grabbing one filled with several kinds of lilies, bringing it to the table and setting in on a chair next to him. "Europeans use something similar to it, but its the language of flowers. The belief that every individual flower has its own meaning when you give it to someone." he explained, grabbing a white lily and setting it on the table.
"Shirayuri meant purity or chastity. Women who were still 'pure' often kept a window garden of white lilies in their room. When they had children, it was passed down to them." he added, pulling out a orange lily and setting it next to the white one. "Sayuri meant hatred, or revenge." he continued explaining, grabbing a tiger lily and setting it in line with the other two. "Oniyuri was a sign of wealth. Parents of married couples would present arrangements with tiger lilies in them, giving prayer for wealth in both money and children." he told her. He chuckled to himself as he pulled a spider lily out of the vase next, placing it in line. "Yuri meant that you were sweet. It was often exchanged between children." he said, smiling before looking at the vase again and pausing, glancing at her.
He pulled a red spider lily out, putting it in line as well. "Higanbana had a few meanings. It was either given to people who were never wanted to be seen again, or it was given to people who wanted to or had lost their memories or been abandoned." he said quietly. He stood again, returning the vase of flowers to where it had been, leaving the ones he had pulled out on the table before walking back to the table and sitting down once again.

Skye listened intently about the flowers. She smiled at the spider lily. She had always love that particular one. When Pride got up, she getnly brushed the flower with her finger tips and then looked at the red spider lily. She just wished her memories could be absorbed into the flower. Then everything would be easier. But memories were a good way to remember who you are. "If you could choose between losing all of your memories or suffering through the worst ones, what would you choose?" Skye asked.

Pride sighed, crossing his arms and sitting back. "Our memories and the things we've experienced help define who we are." he started to say before opening his eyes again. "But... They don't entirely determine who we are capable of being. However, to answer your question, neither." he said, smirking. He leaned forward, grabbing some jasmine out of the vase on the table, smirking as he looked it over. "I'd make new memories. Ones to replace the painful memories." he answered, handing it to her. "Jasmine. It was often a sign of peace between two people, allowing them to have a graceful friendship." he said, smiling.

Skye smiled and took the jasmine Pride handed her. She twirled it in her fingers, thinking about what Pride had just said. "You're right. Memories help us to remember who we were and they help us grow into the people we are. I'd like to make memories with you. To a new and peaceful friendship." Skye said raising her tea cup in the air before she swallowed what was inside. She looked down at the cup and then sighed. She totally wanted more, but she didn't want to make Pride get up. It was nice sitting and talking with him.

Pride glanced at her empty cup and chuckled, standing. "I'll be back with the whole pot." he said, walking towards the back. He glanced back at her as he moved around the corner, exhaling slowly before grabbing the pot and something to set it on since it was still hot. He then made his way back to the table, setting the tea pot in the center and sitting down. "You said you wanted to try other teas?" he asked, tilting his head slightly.
