Garth sighed at the state of the room he'd been assigned... He asked for a spacious gym, and got a decent-sized room with a raised ceiling... Good as a dojo, but he had to have room for equipment, a practice course, and maybe some targets... This wasn't going to cut it. But he had a lot of headroom... Maybe he could make a second floor from the scaffoldings he planned on using for the obstacle course, and put the rest up there? Well, he had no better ideas, so he'd have to. So he began bringing in the materials, knowing that with only one day to set this up, he might need help... But from who? The students had class, and he knew the only other teacher not yet working was geas, who he wasn't sure about bothering... But the weight of the scaffolding floors and supports were a bit much, especially given that it was almost too big to hold... Though he eventually brought enough in to start work on the makeshift second floor... Would he even finish that before tomorrow?

Placing his hands in his pockets, Geas would enter the room. It hadn't been too long ago that he actually would train in here. Looking at Garth a little distance away, he'd give him a nod.
"Hey Garth."
Geas would greet him, looking around a bit more, wondering what exactly he was up to. It only figures he'd be working on something, to get the students in top form. Geas would keep his hands in his pockets, letting his casual stance remain.

Entering the class would be the afro headed meister. His hands in his black sweatpants pockets, as he wore a white sleeveless shirt. It was slightly tight fitting to stop much of the wind press. Dana would walk over to see Death Scythe Geas as well as Death Scythe Garth. He rubbed the back of his neck wondering why they were both in here, however, it made his job of finding someone to supervise the fight much easier.
The young man would enter and smile, waving to them both. "Hello! Teachers!" He would say with a spirited look on his face. It was show throughout the room as it seemed to get brighter in its own way. Dana would place his hands in his pockets. "Hey... ummm." Dana would then go about rubbing the side of his face. "I have a duel today, they should be here pretty soon. I was wondering if either of you could supervise the fight?"
Dana would place his hands in his pockets, feeling that at least one of them would have to say yes, surely they wouldn't just let two meisters fight without someone watching to entitle victor. Dana would have on some socks as well as martial arts shoes. He'd look at both of them wondering who would speak first.

"Geas, just who I needed. I'm trying to set something up in here, but-" he said, right before the meister came in, asking for one of them to supervise a duel... "... Nevermind, I can work alone for now. You ought to go and watch the students. You never know when they'll get out of hand..." he said, right before he continued to put the scaffoldings together and make the second floor... He could definitely handle this until the end of the duel.

Geas would nod to, figuring there was something Garth would need, but it was put on hold at the moment, as the afro headed meister would come walking into the dojo. He would look at him and figure Garth was busy with his project at the moment, seeing as he insisted that Geas watch the match. The Death Scythe would shrug.
"Eh, why not?"
The gear gauntlet would shrug. Tilting his head over to the meister, knowing that he would probably just sit on the sidelines and watch, figuring Dana wasn't the killing type. However, from the fights he'd seen with this boy in them, he knew that whomever he was going up against would have to be on the same grounds as him.

Beni was feeling quite refreshed and energetic as she strode through the hallways of Shibusen, but she couldn't deny that she was feeling the slightest bit of anxiety as well. A healthy dose of anxiety was an important thing to experience before a fight, of course, and so was a good deal of confidence. All of this was hidden behind the serious mask that was her face, however. Her expression remained neutral as she entered the gym that was Garth Mjolnir's training room. She scanned the area with a keen eye before her gaze settled upon the three males. Professor Garth seemed to be constructing something while Dana and Professor Geas were exchanging a few words. Politely, she bowed to the two teachers (this was a habit she had a difficult time repressing) before making her way to Dana.
Like the other meister, her attire had changed. She was now clad in a simple, grey, form-fitting tanktop and a pair of black, cloth shorts. Only her tennis shoes had not changed. "Hello again," she greeted in a bright tone, flashing a quick grin. Her eyes traveled around the room again. "So how are we going to do this?" she questioned. Dueling was a little too broad of a term for her; she preferred having some concrete guidelines to follow.

Dana would smile kindly as he saw Abeni. He would place his hands in his pockets and nod to her. "Ah, you've made it!" He would say with a smile on his face. Looking to Professor Geas, knowing that the teacher would probably state what the rules were.
Geas would place his hands in his pockets and sigh as he took out another cigarette and stuck it on his lips and went about lighting it, he would then give a couple of puffs before taking it from his lips and blowing it out, like any other cigarette he'd deal with.
"Alright, here are the rules plain and simple."
Geas would hold the cigarette between two fingers and look from one to the other after a couple of minutes. He knew that these two were probably some pretty ruthless kids when it came down to it, but he'd figure they'd be pretty good fighters in the end. Geas would place his finger back for a second and stick the cig back between his lips to hang.
"When the duel begins, you both will fight one another... the one who stands last or calls their loss wins."
Geas would finish crossing his arms and lowering his head. Letting out a subtle sigh. He would walk over to the side of the dojo and look to them both giving a nod.
"Alright lets get this show on the road."
Dana would nod accordingly. "Right!" He would say as he'd walk over to the side of the dojo, while he'd let Abeni stay on the other side. He would then take his Free style arts stance with an open look to him. His eyes would lock onto hers and they would change slightly, a rather calm look instead of being so bright. He would look to her, ready to go.
"Alright, take your stance."
Geas would say to her with another drag. He would look to her.

Abeni nodded with yet another grin at Dana's words before focusing her attention on Geas, who proceeded to give out rules... that were still a bit too vague for her liking, but she supposed she could work with it. After all, it wasn't like fighting with kishin eggs was going to be a structured affair. She gave a firm nod as Dana moved to the opposite side of the room, and after taking in a few deep breaths, she moved into a more prepared stance: feet spread slightly apart, left foot forward, arms at a ready angle. She stared at Dana as her expression hardened. Her eyes shifted to Geas for a fleeting moment, and she met his gaze as well, but within an eyeblink she'd turned back to her present opponent.
And now it was time to start observing. His stance was bizarre to her, but she supposed she'd figure how his style soon enough. Mostly she was just concerned about the difference in size and strength, and although size didn't always matter... She narrowed her eyes a bit in focus and waited for him to make the first move.

Garth hadn't been too worried about the duel at first, but then they decided to have it right then and there? In his room? While he was building the floor for the obstacle course he had planned out? Garth knew things would turn out badly. "Hold it! I will not allow a duel, sanctioned or not, to occur in my classroom while It's under construction! Now you two will take thus outside before anything gets broken, or anyone gets hurt, understood?" he said, less worried about the upper floor than he was about what little he'd put up falling on someone... He also stood near the middle of the two, but not directly in-between, turning his leg into his partial weapon form and lightly stomping to make his point...

Dana would blink curiously. "Oh?" Dana would stop for a moment. Looking to Professor Garth. Dana would grow bright once again and smile kindly. Dana didn't take notice that the professor was doing something to the room. Dana would place his hand in his pockets and look to him as he seemed to get a bit serious when turning his leg into his partial weapon form. "Ah... I see then." He would say with a smile. "Okay... we'll get out of your way."
Dana would smile, "To the courtyard!" He would say as he threw his fist into the air with a finger pointing upward. Dana would then walk fast to the door. He would look to Abeni and smile sheepishly, "Heh heh sorry about that!" He would say as he'd walk down the hall.
Geas would continue onward and keep his hands in his pockets walking a few feet behind them. He would have a slight hunch to his step and continue onward quietly.

Garth sighed in relief as everyone left, and continued his work... Too bad geas left, though. He could've used the help... But still, Garth could do it... So he put up the second floor, finishing it before he took a break... And decided he'd use the time to speak with shinigami... After all, Garth had important news for the death god... And one little question to ask...
