A few rules for missions.
Simple and sweet, Missions come on a first come first serve basis. If a mission is already taken, then find another one!
Second, missions are done by meisters and weapons or autonomous weapons. They are never done by meisters alone.
Third, when singing up for a mission go to "Request a mission." After being acknowledged and accepted to do the mission, a member will play GM for the mission. (Note: A member who is going on the mission, cannot GM the mission they've signed up for! Unless it's with another squad meaning two-three pairs in total.)
The difficulty level goes as the following! ★ Difficulties are the simplest and allow a meister and weapon pair to go alone on the mission. (Soul range between 1-30) ★★ Difficulties are for more advanced pairs, but are also eligible for two beginner meister and weapon pairs. (30-60) ★★★ Difficulties this high should be alone or in a three man squad of meisters and weapons. If alone with a meister and weapon, either the a weapon who as attained a significant amount of souls or a veteran meister. (60-99+W [Witch])

Question: Should there be a fourth deathscythe only difficulty? For really, really difficult things (Like taking down an arachnaphobia-style organization or something?) It might be something cool for people who've reached deathscythe to do, but it could also maybe allow teacher characters to be 'assigned' them, letting them do more than just sit around and tell off the youngsters all day...

Dude, Teachers are veteran meisters who have achieved and or created a Death Scythe. Basically, teachers will guide students and also have their fights with folk as well.
