Maeve slanted the angle of her head to the side as her expression slipped into a more mild version of an encounter with Excalibur. Oh boy, she'd have to explain.
"It's not that I don't like Danan," she stated in a calculated fashion, "but I'd have to round house kick him in the face if he tried getting too close to me while yelling like that." Letting her position slump ever so slightly to the side, she caught herself before going all too far on the chair. Really, Dana was a fine young man. However, he was a bit too loud in personality for Maeve to coherently flow with. It's quite like the sound of chalk board or loud chewing; an inherent distraction. Maeve liked peace and quiet. Speaking of which...
Maeve glanced behind her at the tan skinned and silver haired weapon sitting behind her before returning her gaze to Arran.
"I like this kid," she stated, pointing a thumb over her shoulder at Devesh, "He followed me to class today." Her last statement was nearly said in a proud fashion. Although she barely knew the kid, she had a heart felt feeling that Devesh would be the perfect lackey. Becoming ever so slightly distracted, Maeve's eyes shifted past Arran and towards the dark dreaded boy with the eye patch.
"And him, too," she stated, finding his complete silence rather becoming so far. She preceded to repeat her self, pointing lightly towards her favored souls around the class room. Returning to Arran, she asked a final question.
"Do you like his yelling?" she asked curiously, bringing the topic back to the original topic. Who knew? Maybe this other red head had patience, much unlike Maeve. She'd like that. It would certainly make things interesting.

Arran would nod to her and smile, as she would with some people. She knew how to not always give her input on things, knowing people were entitled to their own opinions. She never figured that she'd have to do that to someone who had a very upbeat personality. Dana was a good person and wasn't always such a spaz, however, this was the other girl's opinion. With a nod she would look to the guy beside her. Silver haired boy with tan skin.
Tilting her head, was it really true? Did this boy really follow her to class? Arran would giggle, "He's like a little puppy!" She would say sweetly. It wasn't too often people just followed others to class, and from how this girl gave the comment about Dana, maybe she was tough like how Arran was.
She would watch how her attention went to the tall dread headed guy with the eye patch. "The pirate guy?" She would say with puckered lips. The guy was surely cool with a demeanor to match from what she was with him. Arran would giggle and look to the girl again.
Dana's yelling? Did Arran like it? Well it wasn't really that much of a problem to her, she figured it showed he was in a good mood and was a very bright person to say the least, sure he was silly but he knew when to be serious... right? "Well its not like he's too over the top, I feel it's just right, but then again I enjoy people who are energetic!"

Rymajiro could feel a set of eyes on him... no wait two. He would turn his head to the left and catch a couple of red heads looking at him. He didn't catch what they said, but he figured it didn't really matter. Closing his eyes Ryma would turn back to the side. The first day for him and he's already getting looks. Sure it's obvious such a thing would happen, but he wanted to keep a low profile for now. The less people that talked to him the better, at least for until he would be able to get to know more people.
Right now, class would start relatively soon. Rymajiro knew he'd have to figure out what he was going to do for this class. He knew it was a partnering class and most people who had partners needed to take it, however, there were some even without partners who didn't take it. Probably because they felt they were too good for the class or something. Mentally shrugging, Ryma would open his eye and look forward to the teacher, who sat at his desk.
Surely something was going on with him or something. Was not all of the class here yet?

Skylar was late, but with a coffee in her hand, she didn't much care. She had gotten the things done that she wanted to do and headed to the classroom she already knew she had. She walked in, noticed she wasn't late and sighed. She didn't like being on time or being late. It was more of arriving at the perfect moment for her and she had managed to miss it by half a minute. She sighed and looked around the room before she decided to sit in the front row not exactly next to, but close to Pride. He ran the tea shop and Skye was already in love with his tea. She must have ordered at least five different teas the other day when she was in there. Her love of tea and peace had consumed her when she had walked into the shop and had managed to make her settle down and actually sit still for longer than half an hour.

Jess & Markus
Jess giggled softly at Dana's entrance, not paying much attention to the others as she put her head back down. She blinked as she looked at her brother, smiling and nodding before standing and walking off without him. She weaved her way through the seat until she had finally made it over to Dana, staring at the floor and twiddling her thumbs nervously. "E-excuse me... You don't have a partner, right?" she asked, looking up at him slightly.
Markus walked over slowly putting his hands in his pockets as he watched, tilting his head just ever so slightly.
Pride
Pride lifted his head slightly before smirking and opening his eyes. "Well, well. If it isn't my best customer." he said, looking at her. He shook his head as he rubbed the back of his head. "Hardly the place for tea." he chuckled as he looked around at all the people before returning his gaze to Skye. "Or are you here because you don't have a partner?" he asked, already knowing the answer.
Tojun
Tojun yawned as he walked into the class, not paying much attention to anyone as he made his way to the back of the class, glancing at Abeni then Dana as he passed them. Once he made it to the back of the class and had taken a seat, he yawned again, leaning back lazily as he crossed his arms, slowly spinning back and forth from side to side as he waited for class to start.

Skye looked at Pride and blushed. Yeah, she had definitely had too much tea. She listened to his comment about being in class and smirked. Once he asked about her partner, her smirk faded a bit. "No. I don't have a partner." She said. It was like having venom in her mouth as she said that. I mean really. She had been in the DWMA forever and she still didn't have a partner. She sulked a little as she waited for Pride to speak again or for class to start.

Pride raised his hand up and shook his head. "Easy. I'll be your partner." he said plainly, leaning his head back and looking at the ceiling. "Whether people believe it or not, certain teas tell you certain things about people. For example. A person who drinks jasmine tea everyday is a very calmed person who can handle a lot of stress. One day, the same person comes in and orders green tea instead. You learn that he has finally met his match, and needs something stronger than jasmine tea to relax his nerves." he explained, looking at her. "You had quite a bit of tea when you were at my shop." he added.

"Nujoh?" Dana would catch the sound of a shy voice. Turning to where he heard it, knowing that it was addressed to him, Dana would release a kind grin. His bright demeanor would let the smile stay on his face for a few more seconds before he would answer the question. However, a delay came as he would examine her. Gray eyes pale-ish complextion, dark colored hair; she was one of the twins!
Dana would smile again and shake his head to her, "No, heh heh! I don't have partners yet." He would say to her, letting her know to some extent that he was a dual wavelength user. The afro headed meister would continue on and smile at her, "Thing is... I'm a dual meister, I need two weapons! Heh heh!" Dana would say to her. It would hit him only a little while later that she was just asking that he had a partner, but here he is running his mouth. "Heh heh, sorry! No I don't have any partners." He would chuckle to make light of it.
"I feel that the partnering class will be starting soon enough though!" He would say to her. "I think the teacher will pair us up or give us a idea of who we should work with." He would say to her with a smile. "So maybe I'll be partnered up with you and your brodie!" (Brother.)

Watching all of the people enter and take a seat he would get up from his desk and he'd take chalk from the board and start to write on it, "Partnering Class." Placing the chalk down, Geas would walk over to the door and close it, locking it and walking back to the desk.
"Alright! Take your seats, class is beginning!"
Geas would can over the class and look at them, getting a good feel of who he was going to put together, even without Soul Perception. Geas had a list of how the students acted as well as what wavelengths they had. Look at the students without the delay he would speak.
"Alright! Lets get this started! Partnering Class is a hands on type of class, there won't be any type of test, this is strictly for matching wavelengths to one another, so if something were to come up and you needed a partner, that's who you could run to."
Geas would place his hand on the desk and take up a paper from it, with the roster of names on it and look over them. There were a few people missing at the moment, but for the most part everyone was here, which didn't really matter to him. So long as a majority was here!
"Alright! Everyone come down from your seats and gather in the front of the room with the corresponding person as I call out, understand?"
Geas would assume that the students would do this without much problem, unless they were rowdy, which he doubted, from reading most of their charts. Geas would lean against the desk.
"Abeni Fujioka with Tojun Sin. Skylar Silvanna Copperan with Pride Maeve Quinn with Rymajiro Blues Dana Gerald with Jessaline & Markus Seraphi Samuel Wayne Everheart with Devesh Duvvoori Tammy Allisa Brooks with Arran Samantha Russ Luffy Alber-Steele with Jake Gurren."
Geas would notice one more person on the list... sadly this person was rather distant for a meister, but there wasn't anyone to partner him with right now.
"It appears that there is one more person on the list without a partner... Minoru Kanou... you will have to sit out, but I recommend you watch what goes on."

Skye was shocked and forgot how to speak for a moment. She listened to Pride explain about teas and then blushed again when it was brought up that she had had a lot of tea the other day. She rubbed the back of her neck nervously and then looked at Pride. "Yeah. Sorry about that. Your shop is the one place where I can actually sit still. It's very hard to keep me still because I always want to be moving. Finally getting to sit still was nice." She said. She paused for a moment and then realized something. "Wait, does that mean you noticed something about me?" She asked. Just then, Geas called the class to attention. Skye cursed in her mind. She had been hoping to find out what he would say about her. She listened and fiddled with her bracelets before looking at Pride. She had really been paired up with him. "Shall we go down?" She asked.

Kanou ended up way to distracted this morning, and distracted, he meant he got way to engrossed into the book. It wasn't until his grandfather gave him a very...caring lecture, then kicked him out, literally. Now he was grumbling down to class, which he was probably late for, bookless.
As he opened the door, he was not surprised he was late, but it seemed it was only by a few minutes or so. Kanou came in time to hear that he would not be participating in...whatever they were doing.
Giving Geas a small nod, he retreated to the back of the room and seated himself. His expression was not the least disappointed. All he did was lean his head against his hand and did what the teacher said to do; Watch whatever was going on.

Pride smirked when she asked if he had noticed something about her, keeping his mouth shut as Geas began to talk to the class. Once he had partnered Pride and Skye together, Pride was already standing, sliding his hands into his pockets. He then nodded to her next question, walking around the desk and stopping, looking back at Skye and waiting for her to catch up.

Raising an eyebrow and looking a the list again he would see there was someone on the back of the page. Way to go with going green. Geas would just let it go and look to the name. Audrey Lustrum. He would read her over quickly and take note to what she was like. Hrm... an interesting one, probably one to balance out the distance to Kanou's personality, as well as his wavelength. Looking into Kanou's direction the Death Scythe would place the paper down again, with three fingers on it.
"My mistake, Kanou, you've got someone to pair up with. Audrey Lustrum."
Geas would wait afterward and let everyone come down to the front so they could test their pairings with one another.

Skye stood up and made her way down to the front with Pride. That's when she realized that she didn't even know what type of weapon he was. What if he wasn't a blade. She could adapt, but her skills where best applied with a blade. Plus, she wanted to develop a flame blade technique. She couldn't do that with any other weapon. She shook her head and decided not to worry about it. Skye was the type of person to adapt easily with others because of her ever changing mood and personality. She walked off to the side and took her normal standing stance. Legs slightly apart, one arm behind her back grasping the other, and rocking back and forth slightly. She was ready to find out what kind of weapon Pride was and she was ready to see if her and Pride resonated.

Abeni observed the people entering one-by-one. Most of them she'd never spoken to and therefore did not know their names, though this would most certainly be changing soon. Her attention was momentarily distracted by Dana's, er, flashy entrance, and she could not help but grin as she watched him hit the floor. It was hard to believe this was the person she'd just fought. She continued to watch the others (not in a creeperish way, of course) before she spotted Geas moving to write on the blackboard. She listened to him speak intently, curious as to how this would play out. She did, however, think it a rather good thing to be doing. She knew from personal experience that ordinary meisters like her couldn't get very far on their own. Besides, the prospect of being matched up with at least one weapon was exciting to her, even if it didn't necessarily mean they would be long-term partners. She was also excited to hear that Geas had come up with pairs on his own, which saved her the trouble of having to test things out with several people.
Hearing that her name had been called first, along with someone called Tojun Sin. His name sounded familiar. She glanced around the room and located the face that she was certain matched the name, and upon looking at him, she recalled from the corners of her memory that she'd seen him twice already today: once in The Juicer and again in the courtyard. Noticing that he was spinning around upon his stool in a lazy and probably bored fashion, she figured that he probably wasn't the most–– No, no, it was bad to make assumptions like that. Unfolding her legs, she hopped off of her stool and advanced up the short flight of steps to the hall in which he was seated. Approaching him, she moved her hands to her hips. "Tojun Sin...?" she inquired, just to make sure she'd gotten the right person.
