Alright, so that plan didn't quite work as well as she would have hoped. At least she knew now that Dana wasn't any kind of a normal fighter. Was he able to dislocate his joints or something? She stared at his arm quizzically before he pushed her leg off, and this was followed by a brutal kick to her side. Abeni's eyes widened as she slammed her foot down on the ground so as to keep herself from falling, and she had no time to react before Dana was suddenly there again, hitting her in all sorts of places. She braced her arms in front of her in an attempt to block whatever blows he dealt, but as defense had never been her strong suit, there wasn't much she could do to stop the barrage. Then, without warning, he knocked his forehead against hers, which threw her head back and made her vision go white for a split second. The last blow threw her whole body back, and before she knew it she was staring at the sky several feet away.
Well, damn. Abeni laid there for a few moments, breathing in and out as she processed what had just happened. She'd never thought herself a particularly bad fighter before, but facing Dana made her feel like a complete and utter-- No, those kinds of thoughts were no good. There would always be opponents bigger and stronger than her. She would just have to train a little harder from now on. Uttering a very naughty curse word in Japanese, she braced her elbows against the ground and pushed herself up into a sitting position. She was sore all over now, but that, at least, was something she could handle no problem.
She stared at Dana for a few seconds before deciding that there was little point in continuing this fight. She was obviously no match for him, and if she persisted she'd just end up with even more bruises. Sighing, she raised her hands in surrender. "Alright, I give. You win," she told him as she got to her feet and brushed the dirt off of her bum and back. Once finished with that, she eyed him suspiciously. After his rude personal jab from earlier, she wasn't quite sure how to act towards him. Rubbing a sore spot on her arm, she looked away from Dana and towards Professor Geas.
